Brit songstress Lily Allen is gearing up for the release of her second album and in a recent interview with the UK’s Observer, she says she’s off the sauce and drugs for the moment.
In fact, Lils revealed that she hasn’t had a drink since the end of September.
Is that why she’s been so nice these days?!
The wake up call?
Apparently, she was portrayed as a drunk in a comic book and she wasn’t too pleased.
But, we could see Lils up to her ‘old’ antics in the future! She manages expectations and doesn’t completely swear off drugs/booze in the interview:
“I have no intention of taking drugs again at the moment. But I can’t say ‘Never again,’ because I don’t know where I’ll be in 10 years’ time. And I will definitely drink in the future, just not for awhile.”
