Well, Sophia Coppolla certainly does and was so…inspired? by the “Bling Ring” story that it will be the subject of her new film, with Miss Emma Watson chosen to star.
It seems kind of a shame that more attention is being paid to this subject. It’s obvious that members of the Ring were desperate for fame and now there is a movie being made about the whole nasty mess? Isn’t this just going to feed their fame obsession?
And we’re a little confused…who would Ems be playing? Surely not Alexis Niers or Rachel Lee?? We just cannot see it.
Plus, Lifetime‘s already done this, and no one can do a true-life-celeb-drama better than them right!?
Maybe Sophia will rustle up some of that Coppola magic and the movie will be fantastic and quirky…we can only hope!
