MTV recently asked Mark Wahlberg if Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch would be reuniting any time soon.
You know, since his bro, Donnie , reunited with his band the New Kids On the Block and all that.
“Not a fucking chance,” responded the younger Wahlberg.
He went on to say, “They asked me if I would partake and I had to decline. Part of me would love to run around and act like a freaking a–hole again but I can’t do that. I’ve got two kids. I saw something on VH1 or something about me in the 90s and I thought, oh my God, how am I going to explain this to my kids? I have a few years to think about how to finesse it but I do think about it on a daily basis.”
We just heard the sound of many 30-something hearts breaking across the land.
Oh, and speaking of the New Kids reunion, Marky Mark says, “Whatever floats your boat. If the Rolling Stones can be wheeled out on wheelchairs then why can├óΓé¼Γäót the New Kids go out there?”
