Though they are hellbent to get out of there (again!), Heidi and Spencer Pratt will be stuck in Costa Rica just a little while longer. Or maybe a lot longer.

Doctors would not give the duo clearance to fly home due to Heidi’s recent gastric ulcer she claims she developed while being “tortured” on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
Or maybe they paid the doctor to say that so they could stay in beautiful Costa Rica a week longer?
Again, who knows!
