Fans who shelled out big $$$ to see Bruce Springsteen in concert on May 18th in Washington D.C. have found themselves ticketless!
Ticket reselling giants TicketsNow, who are owned by Ticketmaster, sold a number of “premium seats” to Springsteen fans, but oversold the concert in the process!
Shady!!!!!!!!!
This isn’t the first time Springsteen has run into trouble with TicketsNow and Ticketmaster. When the tickets went on sale for his new tour back in February, buyers were automatically redirected to the TicketsNow website if the fan’s seating selection was sold out on Ticketmaster!! And paid up 3x the price for the tix!
Not okay!
The premium ticket holders whose seats were oversold in D.C. have been offered both refunds and tickets for The Boss’ show in the cheap seats, but the whole debacle could have been avoided so easily!
Down with Ticketmaster!
