Stage Collapse On Set Of Resident Evil 5 Leaves Ten Hospitalized!

Oh no!
A stage collapsed early this morning on the Toronto set of Paul W.S. Anderson‘s Resident Evil 5, leaving ten crew members and actors in the hospital!
According to Contable Wendy Drummond of the Toronto Police Services, a wheeled platform on the set at Cinespace Film Studios shifted, a sudden movement that led to the platoform collapsing and 16 people injured, ten of whom were sent to the hospital for check-ups.
So scary!
However, we’re just glad that none of the injuries were serious!
Accidents do happen sometimes, unfortunately!
Here’s hoping that proper precautions are made to ensure that nothing like this happens again during production!
