My Name is Earl star Ethan Suplee took to his Twitter to discuss the unexpected cancellation of the show by NBC.
“Just got the call that My Name Is Earl has been canceled. They sure did take their time with that decision or rather informing us of it.” said the actor who just launched a Twitition aimed to entice FOX to pick up the show.
Sulpee commented, “After having a working relationship with someone for four years, it would have been nice to get a call two weeks ago, or a week ago, saying ‘Hey, this isn’t going to work.’ Or even months ago, when they were saying ‘Earl’ is going to be on NBC.’ If they’d said, ‘We really don’t know,’ we could have done something.”
Four years is a good run but they did deserve some warning!
