Starbucks may have set the Internet on glittery fire with talk of their Unicorn Frappuccino — but was the mixed response worth it??
Now the coffee giant is getting more than controversy over their fantastic beast beverage — they’re getting sued!
Per TMZ, a cafe called The End in New York City has filed a lawsuit alleging they came up with their Unicorn Latte four months beforehand. Both drinks trade coffee content for confectionary colors.

The End claims they have the right to the name and Starbucks should stop selling their drink because it’s confusing customers.
Starbucks’ defense? The End never had the only Unicorn drink; the Frap was inspired by tons of homemade drinks using the “unicorn” name.
Personally, we’re done with all of the pure sugar nonsense — give us chocolate and cookie and shit for the next lil bit, ‘kay?
