Zach Sobiech inspired millions of people when he recorded a brilliant farewell song after he learned he had only a year left to live.
In tribute of that touching song, a ton of celebrities have lent their voices to a new video meant to honor this brave individual.
Zach’s diagnosis was last May. Here’s what he had to say about it:
“We’re approaching that year mark. It’s scary to think about, but the key is to not feel bad for yourself.”
