Kate Major has had the court institute a “Temporary Order of Protection” against Michael Lohan, since he allegeldy kicked her in the face and threatened to kill her.
The Order states that Michael can’t communicate with his former lover in any way, personally or through a third party, and also can’t engage in “any acts or threats of physical violence.” Michael has also been ordered to “immediately surrender all handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns and other firearms owned or possessed” by him.
Oh, Mike. It’s really had to decide whether you are a douche bag that is truly violent or a douche bag that is staging this whole thing for more attention. Both are just such plausible!
