Joe Francis is trying his hardest to get out of jail, but it’s just not working.
The Girls Gone Wild creator just lost a bid on Wednesday to be released from jail in Nevada without being extradited to Florida.
He’s been in jail for almost a year already!!!
In case you don’t recall, Francis is facing trial for tax evasion in Nevada. Tsk tsk!
But in Florida, he’s wanted on charges related to his filming of underage girls during spring break back in 2003.
Francis has made millions of dollars by selling videos of drunk women exposing themselves and/or engaging in sexual acts. With all that money, he should have hired a better accountant.
And definitely a better lawyer!!
