Well, the cat’s out of the bag — and already speaking to the press!
The woman rumored to be having a two-year affair with Stephen Baldwin has confirmed she is indeed the married actor’s alleged “mistress,” days after he literally scooted away from reporters confronting him about the alleged tryst.
Though Hailey Baldwin‘s dad vehemently denied it, Ruth Perez Anselmi is spilling all the tea about how their alleged relationship started, the sexual fantasies they’ve allegedly acted out, and why she’s now exposing the actor for his alleged infidelity. We hope you’re sitting down.
The professional masseuse and *aspiring musician* told DailyMail.com she fell in love with the born-again Christian over the course of their years-long romance, but didn’t know he was famous — or married — until about ten months ago.

According to her, the two met when the The Usual Suspects star got a discounted massage at the physical therapy school she had been attending and instantly clicked. It’s said Baldwin eventually got the Venezuelan beauty’s number and, before she knew it, they were having private sessions on the reg.
It was clear to Anselmi that Baldwin was desperate to keep their relationship on the DL, she says, as he would sometimes pretend to be homeless so he could sneak in her El Lay apartment unnoticed — but she didn’t mind, because he was a “nice” man and a “passionate” lover who wanted to fulfill every sexual fantasy of hers (and his).
Explaining how they would frequently meet up in hotels during Baldwin’s business trips to LA, the 38-year-old alleges:
“We talked about our sexual fantasies. That’s why we are together because he said, ‘I will make all your fantasies happen, anything you want,’ and that’s what we were doing. We made a list of 15 sexual fantasies that we were working through step by step because we want to be comfortable. One day we do one fantasy, the other day we do number two.”
Some of the actor’s alleged fantasies included role play, a threesome with another woman, and asking Anselmi to dress like a dude. She continued:
“He wanted for me to dress as a man, which I did, I wanted to have a threesome with a woman and we were planning to do that with one of my friends – unfortunately he won’t get to do that with me now.”
His loss!
Eventually, Anselmi started to have “feelings” for Baldwin “because he started taking care of me, worrying about me.”

But she still knew so little about his life — until, that is, eight months into the long-distance relationship, when she discovered her boyfriend was a famous actor. She revealed:
“I didn’t know this, this is the truth. I was thinking now I understand why he is so busy, why he is never on time.”
When curiosity caused Anselmi to Google her mysterious lover, she was devastated to learn he was also in a nearly 30-year marriage:
“After about ten months, 11 months, I looked him up on the internet and saw that he was married and I was upset… Stephen he never told me that he was married, never. He just told me that he had a daughter… I tried to talk to Stephen about his wife but he wouldn’t talk, it made me sad.”
Not sad enough to end the relationship, though. By that point, Anselmi had grown so close to Baldwin, she says she decided to ignore his marital status and continue their supposed intimate relationship.
At first, the sexy texts and occasional FaceTimes were enough to sustain the long distance romance, but Anselmi eventually grew weary of her lover going through such great lengths to keep their relationship a secret, as she claims:
“[H]e has never taken me for a romantic dinner, we cook at home. I feel he has kept me hidden away. When you are with someone and there’s no romantic dinners then it feels like it is not serious, I can feel it. I guess I am Stephen Baldwin’s secret mistress, but not any longer.”
So, she did what all mistresses eventually have to do… expose her married boyfriend to The Daily Mail.
As for why she went public, Anselmi said she wanted to teach Baldwin a valuable lesson: don’t f**k with a woman’s heart:
“Yes, I guess I love Stephen but we can’t be together, he wants to keep me secret. He cannot play with a woman’s heart. I feel bad for his wife, he cannot go round breaking hearts, it’s not fair, he’s playing with feelings.”
It’s safe to assume the two aren’t on speaking terms, but Anselmi does have a few parting words for the actor:
“He needs to be focused with his family and he maybe shouldn’t take advantage of other persons… Maybe he has more girls, more lovers, I don’t know, but he need to learn to be a good man.”
