THIS celebrity is a famous actor, bro-vacationer, and public urination machine — who was caught being the latter at the Roosevelt Hotel right before zooming off in his car!
The most puzzling thing about this photo (above) is that he doesn’t seem to mind at all that he’s being photographed. The man most certainly does NOT have stage fright! LOLz!
The worst part of this is that we bet his car doesn’t have a sink to wash his hands…
