Steve Nash is in a nasty legal battle right now, as he’s trying to stop his wife and kids moving any closer to him from Arizona. His ex thinks he’s just trying to duck child support.
Seems like an awful thing to do, right? Well, he claims he might be traded, so he doesn’t want to keep uprooting them!
That’s why they’re in court, so this argument can get settled!
This has led to some speculation that he might be thinking about retiring — he IS 39, after all! But guess what! He swore under penalty of perjury that he has NO INTENTION of retiring from basketball any time soon!
It wouldn’t be the first time someone lied under oath, though, but we’re willing to bet it’s true! We just wish he wanted to be much closer to his kids, instead of just thinking the same coast will have to do! Ha!
