Steven Tyler is Suing Bloggers

Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler is suing some unknown bloggers for impersonating him and his girlfriend Erin Brady on the internetz and writing about intimate details – including the death of his mother.

Tyler asked Google to remove the blogs and Google complied.

So go ahead and close that Google window!

The blogs are operated through Blogspot.com, but since the lawsuit was filed, the blogs have been suspended.

Tyler is suing the anonymous bloggers for public disclosure of private facts, making false statements, and misappropriation of likeness.

Steven claims to be most hurt by the posts about his mother, whose recent death is still painful to him.
