Fans of Internet sensation Stranger Things were quick to notice the resemblance between Joe Keery‘s Steve Harrington and Ben Schwartz‘s Jean-Ralphio from Parks and Recreation shortly after Netflix released the supernatural hit.
The similarity then evolved into a bizarre, cross-show fan theory that Keery’s ├óΓé¼╦£80s bad boy character somehow ended up fathering Pawnee’s finest schemer. Hey, stranger things have happened├óΓé¼┬ª

Schwartz had previously gotten in on the joke himself, telling James Corden that Steve was indeed Jean-Ralphio Saperstein’s real father — and this week, he took the theory to an even eerier level!
On Tuesday, the House of Lies actor shared a series of photos of the actors meeting IRL, looking like total twinsies in matching outfits, tweeting:
What an adorable family reunion!
Odds are we aren’t going to see any baby Jean-Ralphio when Stranger Things returns for Season 2 in 2017… but we can settle for the paternal link being real in Schwartz’s alternate universe.
