Solange’s son has been accused of assault.
Earlier this month, a young woman named Ria Jalesa took to social media to accuse Daniel Julez J. Smith Jr., who goes by Julez Smith, of “pushing” and “punching” her in an alleged hotel room assault. During a livestream, the Twitch streamer detailed a night with Beyoncé’s nephew in which she joined him in a hotel room, where things allegedly got physical. Calling him “disrespectful as f**k” and a “punk,” Ria claimed he started an argument as a means to “initiate sex.” She claimed that after having sex, she and Julez were spooning in bed before he got “mad out of f**king nowhere.” Ria claimed he began asking, “Oh, you don’t want to cuddle with me?” before rolling over in the bed. She recalled thinking:
“I’m tired of you getting mad at me, b**ch. I’m tired of your motherf**king bipolar ass spasms, b**ch. You really about to piss me the f**k off.”
Ria said she ultimately sat on top of Julez while he was laying on his back and just stared at him wondering what she did to make him “so f**king mad.”
“It’s not like I was yelling in [his] face, it’s not like I hit [him], nothing.”
She claimed after that, Julez “pushed” her “on the floor,” which took her by surprise her:
“I get up, sit on the bed, and I’m literally staring … I’m like, ‘B**ch there ain’t no f**king way this man just pushed me.”
Ria claimed that after collecting herself for a moment, she “creeped up behind him” and “slapped the f**k out of him.” After that, Julez allegedly turned around and “[lost] his s**t.” Ria said she tried to explain to Julez that he started the altercation by pushing her on the floor, but that he started “literally beating [her] up.” Ria recalled:
“At this point I blacked out, so I don’t know what’s going on … But I just know that he was punching me all on [my face], all on my body. I had bruises everywhere … all over my arms. I still got a scar from him f**king scratching me.”

Ria went on to post on her Instagram Story what appears to be a text conversation with Julez, whom she has listed in her contacts as “Beyonce Nephew.” In his alleged text, he writes:
“You gon try to get me arrested?”
Elsewhere in her stream, Ria accused Julez of doing drugs. Watch more (below):
In another stream, Ria accused Julez of breaking her phone and refusing to pay to fix it, and MUCH worse, of “pointing an assault rifle at my motherf**king head.”
That is SO terrifying.
She accused Julez of having “mommy issues bad” with Solange before claiming she photos with the 21-year-old. She went on to encourage him to “sue” her in court because in her opinion, he wouldn’t be able to due to all of her alleged evidence. Ria ultimately shared a photo of what appears to be Julez laying in bed beside her before sharing another text exchange:
Ria: “Mind you, you pointed a gun in my face … pushed me, fought me, broke my phone, and tried to get me dropped off to an unknown location, like plz.”
Julez: “Bro what you doing bro …
you onna internet talking bulls**t” Julez: “So you can’t say nun?”
Ria: “So you can’t fix my phone?”
Julez: “Ya if I fix it will you fix it? Truce ?”
Ria: “Fix what”
Julez: “Video situation.”
