The numbers are in for the Oscar telecast last night and the ratings are exactly what the execs could have hoped for. The numbers went up 20% from last year, averaging an approximate 27.4 rating/41 share in the overnights from 8:30 p.m. -11:30 p.m.
But that’s not all!
Miz Barbara Walters has something to celebrate as well this morning as her final Oscar special had a MASSIVE ratings score that was up 58% from the previous year!
Sure you want to walk away from this gig, Babs? Clearly, everyone still loves you!
