The money-hungry Jackson is looking to sue multiple media outlets that published an image of Michael Jackson, on the day of his death, being wheeled out of his home on a gurney and into an ambulance.

Joe’s lawyer claims the pic is an invasion of the “family’s privacy” and would like to take action against the publications as soon as a judge grants him the right to peruse through Michael’s medical records.
