Actress Gabrielle Union and her NBA player boyfriend Dwayne Wade are being sued by his soon-to-be ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade because she’s claiming that they engaged in sexual foreplay in front of her children!
The lawsuit claims that the Wades’ 8-year-old son asked a court appointed representative to put his dad in jail so he wouldn’t have to go back to his house and that he calls Dwayne’s home the house “where the woman kissing daddy lives.”
Yikes! We hope that isn’t true!
Siohvaughn’s also claiming that her older son has suffered so much anxiety that he has lost hair and undergoing court-ordered psych evaluations!
Union is denying the allegations however and Dwayne has spoken up saying:
“I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union. I can state with certainty that the claims Siohvaughn made about Gabrielle are untrue. I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party.
“It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination. My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being.├óΓé¼┬¥
And that sounds like one UGLY divorce!
