We thought any controversy around Assassination Nation would be about *onscreen* violence!
But Suki Waterhouse revealed to Page Six during the premiere red carpet Tuesday night that she “hurt somebody” IRL during filming!

And by hurt, she means SHOT:
“The bullet ricocheted. They hadn’t seen that in 20 years. The bullet came back at the guy and hurt him.”
Yowza! How does that even happen?? Suki admitted:
“We didn’t get extensive [firearms] training. I’m not gonna lie, it was maybe an hour.”
But… why did untrained actors have loaded weapons? Why was live fire used at all?? What happened to blanks and squibs?!?
The studio said they had no more information about the incident. Hmm…
Dang. Stay safe out there, stunt people!
Assassination Nation costars Bill Skarsgard and Bella Thorne and hits theaters on Friday, September 21.
