Super Bowl Suffers A Slight Hit In The Ratings From Last Year's Numbers!

While we’d like to give a big “CAW” of congratulations to the Seahawks, unfortunately there was no blowout victory for another type of animal: FOX!
With the numbers just starting to come in, 96.88 million viewers watched the Super Bowl on FOX last night, which is down from last year’s grand total of 108.69 million that CBS lured in!
The Super Bowl (aka the more aggressive, less cute version of the Puppy Bowl) earned ratings of 34.4/67 last night in the 7 PM to 10 PM time slot in the 18-49 demographic.
This means that 34.4% of all households in that demo were watching, while 67% of people watching television at the time were watching the game!
That’s down 13% in that coveted demo from last year! Math!
Although it was a slight dip from last year, the game was still among the top 5 highest rated Super Bowls ever! Not too shabby!
