Super Gay!

Ready for a gay superhero?
Showtime is currently working on an hour long project from comic book icon Stan Lee based on the book Hero by Perry Moore. An openly gay film producer and novelist, Moore wrote Hero after finding queer characters in comic books largely mistreated and wanted to present a more positive image.
Besides struggling to hide his superhero identity, the book’s main character, Thom Creed, must also hide his sexual orientation.
Moore is penning the script and also executive producing the project.
Stan Lee is perfect to helm the project as his credits include several comic book related works such as Sci-Fi Channel’s mock reality TV Who Wants To Be a Superhero?, along with Thor and a sequel to the blockbuster Iron Man.
