Yet another FAIL for Superman Returns.
For five years now, Superman producer Jon Peters has been involved in a lawsuit with former assistant Shelly Morita. She claims that Jon “got her into bed uninvited and fondled her” during the making of Superman Returns.
Now, Shelly has officially won her case, and the sketchy producer is being forced to pay $822K in lost wages, as well as $2.5 mil in punitive damages.
Peters plans to seek an appeal, but we have a feeling/hope he’ll be denied! This guy DEFINITELY has a sketcherrific history!
Let’s just hope everyone behaves themselves on the set of Zack Snyder’s new Superman movie!
