According to a lawsuit filed by her ex, supermodel Beverly Johnson brought a gunman to force her boyfriend to breakup with her in January of last year.
Mark Anthony Burk is alleging that Beverly showed up at his home with an armed man and a separation agreement. He claims that a man named Chuck Zito was flashing a gun while Beverly yelled at him to sign the papers that would have paid him $2,000 to get out of her house.
Burk is also suing legendary producer Robert Evans because he believes that he was involved in the scheme as he was romantically involved with Johnson at one time.
The documents state that Burk hid at a neighbor’s home until Beverly and her goon left. He is seeking payment for emotional distress and unspecified damages.
