Now that All My Children is actually getting canceled, soap actress Susan Lucci is said to be securing herself a spot on Desperate Housewives!
According to sources, her contract with ABC secures her another acting gig on the network, and she’ll be splitting her time between both shows when Desperate starts back up on production in July, until Children wraps for good in August!
However, a rep for Lucci says:
“Susan Lucci will not be filming ‘Desperate Housewives‘ in July.”
Well, that’s okay! Maybe she’ll be a midseason addition!
Either way – they need to MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
She’s the perfect level of ferocity! Not to mention the built-in audience she has that would follow her to prime-time!
Our fingers are seriously crossed!
