First of all, since when can porcupines talk AND eat sugar cookies?
Second, why would you name a talking porcupine Teddy Bear??
Also, who put the hat on the porcupine!?! That seems a lot more dangerous than its worth!
As confusing as this all video is, we have to admit that little guy is pretty cute.
