Tara Reid was spotted out and about the Mayfair neighborhood of Londontown, enjoying a romantic dinner at C restaurant with her new husband, Zack Hekayov, who apparently flew out to surprise her!

She wrote via Twitter earlier in the week:

“I just saw my husband he surprised me in London! Amazing!!!!!!!!”
