We think someone may have been drinking the water on set of Sharknado 2: The Second One, because Tara Reid thinks that sharknadoes could actually occur in nature!
Yep.
The 38-year-old actress recently revealed that while the probability is rare, a tornado sucking up a shark isn’t impossible.
She explained:
“Not that it├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥the chances of it are, like, you know, it’s like probably ├óΓé¼╦£pigs could fly.’ Like, I don’t think pigs could fly, but actually sharks could be stuck in tornadoes. There could be a sharknado.”
While her logic isn’t quite sound in the above quote, we do understand what she means.
If fish can fall from clouds, why can’t a really big waterspout (a tornado above water) suck up some sharks and hurl them at Ian Ziering and Vivica A. Fox?
We’ve already gotten a glimpse of the movie from the sneak peak, but Sharknado 2 premieres in all its fishy glory on July 30th, at 9/8c on SyFy.
Plus, you don’t even need to wait until the second one to know that a third movie has already been green lit for next summer!
We wonder what it’ll be called?
