More legal drama for Taryn Manning — but at least this is one less thing off her plate.
As we reported last month, the 37-year-old’s ex-friend and makeup artist Holly Hartman filed a restraining order against the actress for allegedly attacking her back in November.
Taryn rebutted by saying she’s actually the victim and is considering taking legal action of her own.

Well now, that particular case came to a close as Hartman didn’t show up for the hearing in El Lay on Tuesday — forcing the judge to dismiss the filing.
That’s gotta be a huge relief for the Orange Is the New Black actress — who is separately in the middle of suing the NYPD for $10 million after a false arrest last year!
Woof.
