Taylor Frankie Paul Files Stalking Petition Against Dakota Mortensen's Roommate After He Leaked Video Of Her Crying During Fight!

Taylor Frankie Paul is fighting back after Dakota Mortensen‘s roommate’s latest actions!

As we previously reported, Cru Eaton posted a video to TikTok this week of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, who is “freshly postpartum,” breaking down in tears in the middle of an argument with her then-boyfriend over filming her. Meanwhile, Dakota is heard accusing Taylor of “beating me up” before he began recording in the background. Watch the vulnerable clip (below) if you haven’t seen it yet:

Everyone is so concerned and so focused on what must have been happening before the videos started. You guys do understand that Dakota doesn’t start these fights, so he has no way of knowing when he needs to be recording them, correct? I dug back through the archive of videos and messages and found a few that perfectly illustrate what was happening, including evidence straight from Taylor’s own words. Pay attention to what happens when Dakota clearly tells Taylor that, right before this video started, she had been beating the crap out of him. Taylor doesn’t deny it. She doesn’t say he’s wrong. She doesn’t say it didn’t happen. She doesn’t claim he was beating her too. Her silence speaks volumes. Then watch her hands every time she realizes she’s being recorded and can’t hit him. Her fists tighten, her body tenses, and you can see the frustration that her hands can’t do what they want to do in those moments. Finally, watch who is actually advancing the confrontation. Dakota tries to retreat with Ever. Taylor is the one who comes back into the room. Taylor is the one who continues moving toward him, even though she can clearly see he’s holding their baby. Please stop posting about me taylor especially after you sent a cease and desist to me. I’m willing to take it behind the social media but everytime you mention me or post about me I will continue to show the truth…because quite frankly the courts are turning a blind eye but the public needs to know everything if you’re gonna try to ruin everybody’s lives publicly. This behavior in front of the kids is uncalled for and creates trauma.

Taylor slammed Cru for his “cruel” behavior. However, Dakota’s roomie previously threatened to “continue to show the truth” if she posted about him online again. And he held out on that promise. Cru later shared alleged text messages in which Taylor felt guilty and apologized to Dakota for her behavior toward him and their now-2-year-old son, Ever Mortensen. See the texts (below):

Taylor has since received support from Cru’s ex-girlfriend, Julie Theis, who accused him of being obsessed with the reality star amid Dakota’s custody battle. After all, this hasn’t been the first or even the second time Cru has gone after her online! Her co-star, Chase McWhorter, also backed her up. Now, TFP is taking matters into her own hands.

According to TMZ, the former Bachelorette filed a civil stalking injunction against Cru in Utah’s Salt Lake County on Friday. Taylor claims to have video and/or photographic evidence to support her case, but what that is hasn’t been revealed yet. To note, the petition is not a restraining order like the one she has against Dakota. (FYI, the Unwell Winter Games star also has one against Taylor at this time. And her other baby daddy, Tate Paul, is fighting to get one against her now as well.) Instead, this is a request for the judge to force Cru to stop stalking and harassing her.

Neither Cru nor Taylor has addressed the injunction request. However, she took to Instagram Stories on Friday night to thank her supporters:

“Thank you to those supporting and speaking for me. I’m tired. It’s been so traumatic I doubt I’ll even remember most of this. If you think what you’ve seen is heavy just know it’s 10x harder off line. People say to log off but it’s actually a distraction from the reality I’m living.”
