After he was fired by Taylor Swift for reportedly posting distasteful rape jokes on his Instagram account, one of Swift’s (former) backup dancers has now publicly apologized for the entire incident.

Toshi, the dancer, shared a post to IG on Friday afternoon.
In it, he says he’s sorry for the inappropriate jokes, and asks for the public’s forgiveness amid the outcry (below):

Not a bad apology, honestly.
What’s done is done, though, and Swift has fired the dancer.
