Taylor Swift's On The Receiving End Of Some Compliments & A Little Shade From Brad Paisley!

Hmmmm…
We can’t really tell if this is Brad Paisley praising Taylor Swift, or him being a little shady toward the pop starlet.
With Tay-Tay’s Shake it Off video clearly ushering in a new era for the 24-year-old, the country scene has, rightfully, formed some opinions about her change.
And so, Brad brought up Taylor’s new sound while promoting his album Moonshine in the Truck, saying:

“People are going to have to get used to it cause its not the Taylor Swift obviously that you knew, because this is somebody… like, she was talking about how she cut her hair, and she is spending time in different cities more and becoming more of a product.
She is a world famous superstar now. She is just not Nashville’s. We just have to kind of get used to that.”

While it’s true that Taylor is clearly outgrowing her Nashville origins, calling her a ‘product’ doesn’t really seem like the nicest way to address it.
But we do know what Brad was getting at; she’s fully embraced her 100 percent pop persona.
However… when addressing Taylor talking straight to the haters in her Shake It Off music video, Brad was even shadier, saying:

“It becomes a lot of fun to really steam now and again and challenge somebody who hates you.
It gets old to sort of take it, and it’s very noble to not say anything, but it’s hard.”

So because Taylor had enough of people hating on her, she’s no longer noble?
If we remember correctly, Brad, Taylor isn’t the one who joined yet another singing competition show to up her career, now is she?
Don’t worry, Taylor.
We love you, new style and old!
