We think it’s about time we acknowledged Taylor Swift as not just a country cutie, but a REAL ESTATE QUEEN!
Remember a few weeks back, when the young songstress was spotted touring a MASSIVE Rhode Island mansion being sold for upwards of $20 million known as the Harkness House?
Well, our T-Swizzle has gone ahead and purchased the 5.23-acre, 11,000-square-foot property…and for LESS than the asking price, at $17.75 million!
According to sources, gurlfriend is wasting no time, as of yesterday morning, she has already wired the money over and movers are already on the scene and hard at work!
And we can’t say we blame her! The place is absolutely STUNNING!
Apparently, this summer, Taylor will be enjoying the oceanfront estate’s 8 bedrooms, 700 feet of shoreline overlooking Block Island and Montauk Point, a Pebble Tec outdoor pool…complete with a pool house/fitness center!
