Taylor Swift only bought a $1,990,000, 4,062 square foot penthouse in downtown Nashville, TN in 2009, before swapping it in for a $1,400,000 historic mini-mansion in the same town in September of the following year.
Only seven months later, she moved along to a $3,550,000 compound in a Beverly Hills, CA canyon – and now, after making some serious renovations to the Nashville mansion, she and her family have reportedly picked up another historic estate in Tennessee – and all for the very reasonable price of $2,500,000!
