Taylor Swift has never ever been more embarrassed than the first time she met Ellie Goulding.
Swifty revealed during a British radio interview that Ellie found her fandom extreme… and kinda creepy. The songstress admitted:
“I have two British friends. Ed Sheeran is one of my friends and I met Ellie Goulding and she’s the coolest girl. I’ve been obsessed with her records for a really long time.”
Like, a really really long time!
When the musical gals first met, Taylor couldn’t help gushing over her lady-crush.
The mortified poppy-countryish singer recalls:
“I felt a little fan girl-ish because I was quoting lines from her songs and I was like, ‘Where did you come up with that? What’s the meaning behind that?’ She was physically weirded out. I know all the words to her new song.”
That’s not obsession, that’s just regular super fandom!
We’re sure Ellie was waaaay more flattered than creeped out.
After all, it’s not everyday the singer Rolling Stone calls “The Heart Break Kid” gushes over another gal!
