Taylor Swift is BFFs with the most popular girls in school America — but the AMAs Country Star of the Year still worries about how “cool” she really is!
Swifty says she got a coolness “complex” from a hipsert ex-boyfriend that loved listening too “some indie record that’s much cooler than mine.”
She explains:
“[My insecurities] all came out of this one relationship I was in. This guy was just, so, so cool. It kind of gave me a bit of a complex for this album, because he was always going on and on about this new band that was so cool because they were so underground.”
When asked if the ex-fella in question was a musician, Swift replied:
“No, he wasn’t. He just had very eclectic, sophisticated taste.”
But there’s one thing about the hipster psyche that Mz. Taylor doesn’t get. She confessed:
“What I don’t really understand is the attitude that if a band is unknown, they’re good, and if they get fans, then you move on to the next band.”

That way of thinking is so ass backwards you have to be an IDIOT to subscribe to it.
Don’t worry Taylor. When you stop feeling cool, just go to Twitter and read what your millions and millions of fans have to say about you! That should make you feel better!
