When used sparingly, it can give you a matte, camera-ready finish — except it seems her makeup artist may have used a heavier hand than needed to set her concealer!
Yikes! It’s not her best look, which is a shame since she looked so cute in her ribbed black turtleneck and high-waisted jeans.
