Someone should have considered re-titling her album Green, given the amount of MOOLAH it’s going to be bringing in!
Taylor Swift‘s Red has only been released for one day, but as it’s already sold 500,000 copies in that time alone, it’s now being reported that the country cutie is expected to sell over A MILLION albums in the United States alone this week!
And because of the fact that her previous effort, Speak Now, debuted its first week with 1.047 units, this would make her the FIRST female artist to have a pair of albums make that kind of money in that timeframe…as it’s only been achieved prior by Backstreet Boys, *NSync, and Eminem!
AH-MAZING!
And so, SO well-deserved!
It’s such an incredible album, so we cannot WAIT to see how far it goes…and what other records it could break!
