Color-scopes are sweeping stars off their feet!
And paired with the customized manicures, it’s easy to see why!
Astrologer and color expert Rose Theodora, who also happens to be the resident astrologer at Enamel Diction in Los Angeles, works to find the best nail design and colors for a person based on their astrological chart.

As she puts it, “colors emulate, enhance, or suppress certain attributes” depending on someone’s chart, so that colors can bring positivity or even “amplify desired outcomes, of experiences for the person.”
Um, how cool does that sound??
With celeb clientele such as Maria Menounos, Kelly Rowland, and Vanessa Simmons to name a few, we just had to get a closer look at Rose’s color-scopes!
So much so that we had her do readings for these three starlets: Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian West, and Rihanna!
Read on to find out her thoughts on what this trio should look for in the perfect mani!
Taylor Swift
“The typical Sagittarius loves a whole lot of bling and pink — except this isn’t quite the case for Taylor! She is much more methodical and sensitive about the way she is perceived.
And what’s immediately apparent about this dancing queen is that she over intellectualizes her emotions. Her approach is amicable and methodical with a heavy dose of self control.
She also prides herself on being reliable, but more so on being a great friend.
When it comes to Taylor’s wardrobe, she feels most comfortable in black, white, and soft blue with some shimmer, but could really benefit from wearing a deep almost black blue. This color could open her to her potent and deep kept feelings that have yet to surface.
Her nail preference is classic with some bling, but not overly colorful. Her go-to colors are a classic palette (ex. white and red with some light lines). Also, she is no stranger to nail art, but for her I would recommend two looks: a solid shade like Lincoln Park after Dark (which is her in every way) or a marbled silver look to express more of her complexity.
I would also recommend that she stay away from golds, and even peaches are a thing of the past for her.”
Kim Kardashian West
“This Libra is quintessentially minimal and alluring. Fairly adaptable, Kim is intuitive, deep feeling, and surprisingly lighthearted.
And she is decisive mainly when it comes to one thing: her style. She’s got it down with her form-fitting outfits, only playing with textures, but not color.
Despite being famous though, Kim doesn’t want to stand out more than she already does, and wants to be admired for her beauty from afar. After all, you always see Kim wearing the expected Libra palette: gray, white, nude, and black. I would suggest that she incorporate a plum purple in her wardrobe. It’s not a color she’d naturally gravitate towards, but she also wouldn’t discard it. It’s her power color.
As for her nails, I would recommend using negative space since she gets easily bored and wouldn’t be able to stand anything too over the top, especially since she’s about making subtle statements.
I would recommend a light mauve nail with negative spacing through the center to harmonize any self doubt or uncertainty. Plus, this look would be ideal to create balance.”
Rihanna
“Sometimes people’s emotions are so integrated in their personality that it’s hard for them to analyze any of it — and that’s Rihanna. She has killer instincts, and there is little to no distinction when it comes to this warrior’s thoughts and feelings.
Intuitively impulsive, her chart confirms that she is not someone to follow others. She is an enigma; she was born this way and she knows no other way.
As for her style, it can’t be defined because it comes from a place of feeling deep within. She embraces all the colors as if they were all amassed on a ship to her dreams. Additionally, RiRi chooses colors and patterns that match her mood, and she does not discriminate when it comes to any of it — patterns, such as florals, polka dots, etc.
Rihanna’s chart tells a story of a creative, off beat woman here to channel her creativity to heal others through inspiration. In which case, I would always recommend that she wear turquoise, the color of transcendence, and white as the color of pure intention.
For her nails, I would recommend a bright metallic turquoise green or holographic look which curbs her strong yet quick impulses, while also opening her more to her inner voice of what’s right for her.
If she wanted to feel a little more grounded and contained, wearing a deep wine/burgundy, or an emerald green would do wonders for her.”
