Taylor Swift isn’t just an NFL girlfriend — she’s a big football fan now, too!
On Monday night, the pop star attended the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and it was a close one. She was alongside her mom Andrea, her little brother Austin, as well as Travis Kelce‘s mom Donna in the VIP suite, and it sounds like things were tense! The game ended in a victory for Trav’s team, but not before it went into overtime and a few “stressful” moments went down.
The worst? While watching the game, Tay Tay was joined by quarterback Patrick Mahomes‘ wife Brittany. The 29-year-old hugged the singer tightly when Pat made a touchdown pass, but the mood quickly shifted when they noticed him being taken to the sidelines. Brittany tapped Tay on the shoulder and said “Patrick’s hurt” which made the musician cover her mouth in shock. See the scary few seconds (below)!

Luckily, Patrick got to return to the game not long after. It turned out he rolled his ankle a bit, but it was more scary than serious. Phew! But we can imagine how nailbiting those few moments must’ve been for his loved ones in the stands!

The game was tight and ended up going into a nail-biting overtime, but the scores were finalized at a 30-24 win for the Chiefs. At the end of the game, a fan captured a video of Taylor looking towards the stands and dramatically mouthing to other fans:
