More details are coming out about Taylor Swift and Travis‘s rehearsal dinner hours before the wedding is set to start!
On Thursday night, the bride and groom enjoyed an intimate gathering with 100 of their closest family and friends (which did NOT include Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds) at the Infosys Theater inside Madison Square Garden in New York City. It ran from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. — though many of their guests reportedly didn’t get back to their rooms at the Ritz-Carlton until 1:00 a.m. Oof! Late night! Hopefully, they all get some rest before Tayvis says “I do” at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

During the dinner, a spy told Page Six that “guests ate, drank and hung out on a pink carpet.” The insider also noted that everyone invited exchanged anecdotes throughout the evening. Aww! Considering they had their close pals there, including Gigi Hadid, Abigail Anderson, Ross Travis, and Selena Gomez, we bet they had so many stories to tell about the happy couple!
Pink, it seems, was the color scheme for the event. As we previously reported, the outside of Madison Square Garden had pink lights, and blush-pink curtains hung from the windows. Taylor and Travis also had peachy orange floral arrangements inside the iconic venue. The Page Six insider added that the decorations also included a pink chandelier. If only we had more pictures of how the whole thing looked together! We bet it looked beautiful inside!
When guests left the rehearsal dinner, they didn’t leave empty-handed! They were spotted with monogrammed gift boxes from Taylor and Travis, featuring two capital Ts and two interlocking hearts on the top. How cute! Check it out HERE! As for what’s inside the box, a source told Page Six it contained one large champagne flute decked out with real diamonds! Oh, wow! They went all out for the guest gifts! Plus, the boxes reportedly were presented with an image of the garden from Taylor and Travis’ engagement photos printed on the fabric placed on top. The fabric then was wrapped around a commemorative card and fastened with a silver wax seal.
