THIS Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Wedding Guest Thought The Invitation Was A Scam!

One of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s guests thought they got scammed when they received an invite to the wedding of the century! OMG!

You may recall that while interviewing the pop star on BBC Radio 1 in October 2025, DJ Greg James received an informal invite to the ceremony. It all went down when he shared that he wanted Travis “to do a wrestling move on me into a pool,” to which Taylor replied that “he’s going to do that as soon as he sees you at our wedding.” In shock, James questioned if he was really coming! And she said, “obviously,” before informing him the location would be shared “at a different time.” Watch (below):

But when the official invite came his way months later, he didn’t believe it at first! In fact, he thought he was getting scammed! DJ James revealed on BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show on Wednesday that the invitation arrived on March 12 — the night before he was heading out on a 620-mile charity bike ride with Prince William:

“The invitation arrived on my phone, in the form of a link, in the middle of the night when I was trying to get some sleep during a storm … this link came through saying that you’ve been invited to the wedding and it was the night before the Comic Relief challenge. I had to sit with it all week. I basically turned my phone straight off and thought, ‘I can’t deal with that now, it’s too mad.’ I didn’t tell anyone for the whole week.”

When a listener asked if he received a paper invitation, he replied:

“There was no paper invite to follow, it was all electronic.”

James apologized and shared that it was “killing” him to keep quiet about everything! We bet! Someone else then asked him if he thought the invite was “fake” and “an elaborate trick” one of his fellow radio hosts played on him, and he responded:

“Yes, until we were in there, there was a huge part us, that me and Bella were like, ‘This could not be real. This could be a scam.’ So until we were in, we thought we may have made a big trip here for nothing. I wasn’t sure until we got there.”

LOLz! Well, it was real! James attended the Madison Square Garden wedding with his wife Bella Mackie! And he expressed that they “had the best night, maybe ever!” So much for those rumors that guests hated their wedding! See his pics (below):
