Yesterday, Tammy Lynn Michaels filed for full custody of the pairs two twins. Seems only fair, since Tammy did carry the twins to term, after being knocked up by a turkey baster. Plus, Melissa is fighting ruthlessly, so no reason why Tammy shouldn’t as well.
In the docs filed, Tammy also blames “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, but that reason also seems to warrant her getting alimony. She also filed for spousal support.
Get it while the getting is good!
On a sadder note, when Tammy filed yesterday, she filed under a dissolution of marriage rather than a dissolution of domestic partnership. That’s a mistake, as the two don’t legally qualify as a marriage.
No, we take that back. THAT is what the mistake is, not being able to be recognized as a legal marriage!
