After only three days out of rehab, Jenelle Evans disappeared from Twitter after a cryptic goodbye to fans! She tweeted:

So where did the Jenelle disappear to? According to a source close to the Teen Mom star, she’s gone back to rehab!
Wha?? Already?? Only this time, she is serious! The source said:
“Jenelle was in great spirits before she went in. She is really hoping that she can get control of her life. She is bi-polar and she├óΓé¼Γäós had a really hard time balancing the medication she needs for that.”
So what made her feel like the first time didn’t take? What pushed her over the edge? The source says:
“She basically freaked out over all the crap in her life.
Jenelle was just partying and doing drugs and doing really stupid things with guys and she couldn├óΓé¼Γäót stop. Jenelle knows she needs help.”
Hmm. We’re guessing getting broken up with immediately didn’t help matters!
But we’re glad Jenelle is taking control! It’s not easy, but it’s necessary! Work the program, gurl!
