Katie Couric revealed a federal study on Thursday night’s CBS Evening News that sex between 15 and 24-year-olds has fallen 6% in the last decade.
Are kids finally listening in all those abstinence classes or are they just scared of catching an STD?

Katie Couric seems to be on the right page though as she continued to credit parents and schools being open and comfortable discussing sex without using any “hoo-hah” talk.
