Teen Vogue has just released their list of the 50 Best Dressed Celebrities of 2010.
And while we agree with a lot of their choices, like Emma Roberts, Carey Mulligan, Olivia Palermo and Rachel Bilson making the Top 10, some people we just don’t understand.
Why is Kelly Osbourne at #25, Agyness Deyn at #36, and Rihanna at #40, while Victoria Justice, Freida Pinto, and Shenae Grimes are all in the Top 25?
Rihanna in the 40th spot, really?!? Everyday is like a fashion show with our RiRi. As for their number one pick, we don’t agree with that one either.
