Tekashi 6ix 9ine Transferred To Federal Facility Used For Inmates Trying To Cut A Deal

Tekashi69 Child Sex Sentence

Tekashi 6ix 9ine has been transferred to a federal detention facility geared to those who are planning on cooperating with the federal government and cut a deal on charges, per a new report in TMZ this morning.
Sources say the rapper was transferred to the new facility at some point on Wednesday night.

Apparently, those same sources also say that the rapper specifically asked to be housed in a safe unit AWAY from Crips and Bloods gang members elsewhere in federal custody.
Now, Lance Lazzaro — Tekashi’s attorney — told the media outlet that the transfer was for “security reasons,” and refused to confirm whether the rapper is about to cut a deal in his racketeering case.
Lazzaro also shared that the rapper had allegedly been receiving death threats from gang members at his initial housing facility in Brooklyn.
Regardless, it sounds like Tekashi is now in a “neutral” housing situation with no gang members around. We’ll see if he cuts a deal accordingly…
