One of Teresa Giudice’s daughters has been arrested!
According to The US Sun on Thursday, Milania Giudice got busted last month for an alleged assault! Whoa! A police source claimed the 20-year-old college student was taken into custody by Montville Township Police on May 14 after an incident that occurred at around 6:12 p.m. She was charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.” A court spokesperson confirmed the case has been classified under domestic violence.

There are currently no more details about what led to her arrest. Milania, nor Real Housewives of New Jersey mom Teresa and dad Joe Giudice, have addressed the situation. On the day of her arrest, she posted a selfie video to TikTok with the audio, “You are a diva. A young, beautiful diva.” She then returned to the platform days later on May 26, but didn’t acknowledge the drama. Take a look at the videos (below):
Both Us Weekly and Page Six confirmed a hearing about her case was held on May 19. However, no plea was entered.
