Whoa! Guess Teresa Giudice isn’t that afraid of jail!
We thought the Real Housewives of New Jersey table flipper would be flipping out over 15 months in jail for her fraud conviction, but it sounds like she should actually be relieved it wasn’t worse.
In fact, she agreed to a worse sentence in her plea deal! Maybe that’s why she cried at court, out of relief!

Her crisis manager Wendy Feldman revealed:
“The sentence Judge Salas handed down today was not unexpected. The fact is that my client Teresa Giudice accepted a plea agreement that included a possible 27 months in Federal Prison.”
Even though she was ready to go away, it sounds like Wendy doesn’t think jail was the right sentence at all for Tre:
“Sadly, our justice system has yet to find a balance between punishment and rehabilitation. It’s now going to be Teresa’s mission to make certain life changes and she will do so. Having said that, the lesson here as the judge also acknowledged, is to not let certain choices define one’s future.”
At least Tre can cut down the sentence to a year if she’s on good behavior.
It might seem like a long time, but she should just be happy it wasn’t longer like her husband’s 41-month sentence.
